First off let me start by saying I love the color and I love the hiar It was silky smooth and it was not too much Tangly

EDIT... despite the confusion regarding customizing my order, the company was happy to do what they could to accommodate me, which I very much appreciated! Overall, they were a good company to work with and their product it's beautiful.I purchased the full lace version, and contacted the seller for a custom cap size (a medium is too big in circumference and from forehead to nape and a small is too small in circumference). I gave my dimensions and was told it would be made and sent. I received a truly beautiful and well made unit, but it was not customized, because (I later find out) the factory is overwhelmed so they just sent the pre-made medium cap without contacting me or giving me the option to cancel. I can use the adjustable straps to tighten, but it leaves a lump at the back of my head, and it's also way too low on the nape of my neck so there's absolutely no way I could wear it up, which almost defeats the purpose of the full lace. If you have a larger ocitipal bone and/or a lot of hair to tuck in to a cap ( I have a shaved head), it's a beautiful unit. My only suggestion is to avoid attempting to customize, as per their listing. The price is still very reasonable for a full lace unit. The knots were bleached. The hairline is plucked perfectly. But now I have to decide if I want to pay to send it back or potentially mess it up by customizing the fit by sewing it.

Overall, this is a great wig for the value. I ordered the 10-inch red bob.What I liked: The hair is super soft and pre plucked; there was no smell; and there was no shedding. The red did not bleed onto anything. The lace was tinted and the hair was cut evenly. The hair holds a good curl. Lastly, the hair is true to color. It’s definitely bright red, NOT burgundy.What I didn’t like: The top of the wig is very thin. If you’re not careful with your styling, the tracks will show. Also, there are a ton of short, fly-away hairs. Lastly, the cap is kind of small, the lace didn’t not come down far enough to cover the edges of my hair.What I suggest: Email the seller prior to making a order so that you can buy a higher density. That may help with the thinning at the top. For volume, wash your wig first. Then blow dry it and curl it.

Pulling the wig out the box i was disappointed it was so thin and had a hump between the end of lace and track and started to send it back. But happy I didn’t i put the wig on and grabbed a hot comb to flatten the top and it worked. You will have to really style this wig before wearing. It is very thin wish I had of seen where it did say the density was 130 but you have a option to request a higher density so I will probably order again with higher density and see if I can have more parting space because its not enough for good side part.

I love this wig I’m glad it came as a 12 inches and not the bob. I just wish the part was I u universal. Great texture great body. Will order from again.
