This actually works really well. I bought it for my husband's unruly beard and it made it straight! He was shocked and so was I. This was a great purchase for the price. I'd recommend.

Product seems well built. My hair is about 1-2 inches long and it doesn't really do anything for it. I'm not sure if it is too short or if I am not letting it heat up enough. I was worried about it burning my scalp before I got it, but no matter how I hold it or use it the safety mechanism works well and I haven't burnt myself.

It Dose not pull the hair in, if you are using this for your beard it will not work. The heating part is low on the comb so the hair has to be pushed into the comb before it will heat and it did not really straighten. I tried it on my longer hair (on my head) and it lightly straightened it not enough to be satisfied with the finished look, I have straighter to lightly wavy hair so it dosent take much to straighten.

I have one of those unkempt Poisedon like beards... you know, the kind that seems like it feeds off of salt water by the hour and curls up constantly no matter how many products you attempt to use. So, eventually, I decided that maaaaybe I should invest in a straightener and try that route. So, I hit Amazon and do some searches and read reviews, and I pull the trigger on this straightener. I gave it a few attempts, but unfortunately, to get straight to the point (pun wasn't intended), this just didn't do the job. The attachment that keeps it from burning your skin worked great. Even the temperature was great. But the attachment itself was not good for thick beards and couldn't fit much in to straighten it, and what did fit in didn't come out very straight. I'd say give it a try if you want, but if your beard is thick and gets really curly, this should be a hard pass for something perhaps a little more brush like.

I've used this ever since i bought it and I find it easier to use on hair than it is on my beard. It doesn't quite catch all the beard hair and you'll have to hold the beard out while combing with the straightener. But it is amazing on the hair and way better than a traditional hair straightener.

With a very curly beard this comb straightened those curls out instantly! We've tried a few, they all sucked. This one...ROCKS! Get it!

it just doesn't work Its designed for long hair NOT beards as advertised

Works as expected ....dislikes nothing major....takes longer than 30 sec to heat up but overall great product
