Regenacyn Advanced Scar Management HydroGel

I had very deep wounds that took almost a year to clear up. Even then, there were three areas that needed additional help and the Regenacyn Advanced Scar Management Hydrogel was recommended by my home health nurse. It's a slow process, but this stuff is great. However, I don't currently seem to be able to purchase this product. I hope that it isn't taken off the market, as many people could benefit from it's use.

If this weren't so expensive, I wouldn't bother reviewing this keloid treatment. I have a 6 month old sternotomy scar that has become keloidal. I faithfully used this product as directed but it did nothing for either the appearance or the itchiness. I also tried Scar-Away and it did nothing either. Oh well, time for cortisone injections I guess.

this product is the best scar cream in the market ,i used it for 2 weeks my scar looks flat looks really good....

Great product but need to be sure it's not expired. Bought from NVN Therapeutics via Amazon. Product received was NOT the same as Regenacyn HydroGel I've purchased directly from manufacturer. Regenacyn HydroGel from Oculus, while water-based, is not greasy, and not watery. The product provided from NVN, while in the correct packaging, was both greasy and watery. It clearly did not appear to be the same product I received first from an MD, then ordered directly from Oculus. I ordered 2 bottles from NVN, received one. If the next one is same product I rec'd from mfg, I'll update this review. Also, submitting a refund for "defective" product. If there's a problem there, I'll also update this review.Update: Received total refund - Amazon customer service is awesome. Also, second bottle received did appear to be the same product received from MD and from mfg. I also contacted mfg, who said NVN is an authorized provider, so I'm leaning towards first bottle being expired. Perhaps after this experience, they'll be more diligent with product control.

I had extensive surgery at UCLA to remove a cancerous growth. Started using Regenacyn almost immediately twice daily. Two weeks post-surgery the surgeon was very pleased with the appearance of my nose. It is now six weeks and unless someone is within inches of my nose you can not tell that I had had surgery.

A friend of mine used this on a scar that was 6 years old and in 8 weeks after using this product she saw a noticeable difference. The scar was less raised (flatter) and less red (almost completely white) in appearance. I saw the before and after pictures. She was really pleased.

Best product on the market! Use it 3 times a day.. About 8 weeks..
