Love this lamp! It has a raw beauty and a great price tag! It is a little larger than advertised. Works for me!

My lamp came cracked and a sizable chunk came off as I unwrapped it and I emailed the company right away. They are closed on the weekends but I got a generic email back about contacting me Monday. I sent them requested photos of the damaged lamp, they took a day to review it and sent me a VERY well wrapped replacement. I got the first lamp with 4 days and the second within 24 hours of my complaint. 👌🏻 They are quite bright. I will be getting a dimmer for the one I use in kids' room. They taste salty and are the real deal. Both rocks were different in shape and color. Still beautiful. It may just be coincidence but our house has been a lot more peaceful and a lot less allergy coughing.

I've read that if your rock is too light pink that it might be mined from an inferior section of the cave. I got one that was pink, not light pink or dark pink, I'd say just regular pink. It was also much bigger than the second one I received. The second one I got was very light pink. I attached a picture of the light one in my hand, so you can see the color and size. It's very bright when you turn it on too because it's so light. Also, the size is pretty small. You can see the comparison to my hand in the photo. I haven't measured it yet, but I'd be surprised if it reached over 7 inches like the description of this rock. What I was disappointing in is that my friend and I bought the pair to split, so when I got it I didn't want to give her the smaller one that was very light, so i kept it and I gave her the bigger one that was more pink. You can go to your local big hardware store and buy one that's over 8 lbs. and it's cheaper. I attached a photo of the two rocks to compare the size and color, the one I bought here is on the left and the other one I got from the local hardware store is on the right. You can see the one I bought from my local hardware store is bigger and much darker. I also was not a fan of the switch to turn it on. I uploaded a photo to compare. Most of them come with dimmers like on the right, but this one is just an on and off switch on the left, so you have no control over how much light you want to come out of your rock. I might have given them one more star if I had that option. I guess I wished I had done more research before making this purchase.

This lamp was a gift for my 12 year old granddaughter to match her new bedroom. The lamp arrived in packaging that protected it well with bubble wrap that swaddled the lamp. It was beautiful before we turned it on but it is even more beautiful lit. She absolutely loved the lamp and this grandmother will love having her allergy symptoms subside as time goes on. The real beauty of a salt lamp is the health benefits that are obtained by using it all the time. This is the second lamp I have purchased as a gift and I own one as well. I definitely recommend this lamp!

Really Nice! I was worried about the size, I thought it would be small and dinky but it's an impressive size for the price.

"Quite" happy with this lamp. I have encountered no difficulties with it whatsoever. Lovely color, warmth of light, and where others often weep due to moisture in the air, mine has not done that. Instructions mention covering with a damp cloth when not in use. I did that once. Awkward to do and a distraction from the beauty of lamp when idle & not on. Have taken to keeping it on 24 hours running & away from bathrooms and kitchen area where would be moist. It does just fine!
