No, this is designed for larger frame/slide sizes. We don't offer a plate for the 43 currently.

My glock 17 gen 5 mos came with a 4 pack of different plates that would be used depending on the optic. why would i need this?

This one is specifically for the aimpoint acro. None of the plates that currently come with the MOS are comparable with the acro.
