I had to take the light apart to fix a factory problem with power cord and add On/Off switch
If you are not bothered by the lack of an On/Off switch or the occasional Friday afternoon oversight at the China factory where these lights are made, this is a 5 star product. For $220, I'm not that forgiving, especially after cracking the case on this light and seeing that there is NOTHING worth over $200.I owned a 36" 15,000 lumen metal halide Wobblelight for over 15 years. It was a beast - like having a portable sun. Unfortunately, after surviving 15+ years of constant use, it recently "went missing" from a job site. I ordered this smaller, lighter LED model. This new 9000 lumen LED might spec out at a lower lumen output than the bigger 15,000 lumen metal halide version but it still works well for smaller spaces up to a 20x20 foot room. The 15,000 lumen metal halide model was quirky from day one as is this new LED Wobblelight which has some aggravating shortcoming. See the "con" section. I don't know if the 2019 Wobblelight metal halide lights are the same - I'd check first before buying because the annoying reset time and lack of cord was a pain. I'd haul the old light to a site and realize I forget the extension cord. I finally used a velcro tie to attach a cord to the light base.Pro-1) LED is low heat, low amp pull (2 amps) which is important if you're working off a generator. My old metal halide got super hot - dangerously hot.2) Lighter weight than the 36" model, smaller footprint as well, easier to store and move3) Has an power cord. My old 36" metal halide required a separate extension cord to plug it in which was a real pain and a bad setup and the old light had to "reset" if it got unplugged - took 5 minutes to reset, a real pain hence my desire for an LED model. I hope the dirtbag that ripped off my old metal halide light reads this review - jokes on you!4) Stable5) Excellent light for interior painting. It lights better high than low and I can see every "holiday" while the paint can is still open which saves time avoiding "do overs" the next day.Con1) NO power switch! Plug it in for "on" and unplug for "off". Pretty bush league/low budget setup especially for $220!2) When the light arrived, the power cord was NOT secured to the yellow body housing. (see 1st and 2nd photos from the left). I had to remove the 8 nuts and bolts on the body, attach and tighten the threaded internal cord lock ring and reassemble - very bush league. Luckily, there is NOTHING complicated inside this light. It has a base weight, power cord and the bulb receptacle.3) Wish it had a carry handle on the body of the light and not on the lens - I'm skeptical that the lens handle will hold up over time4) High price - I tried to get this model from Amazon Warehouse used for $170 but it turned out to be the $135 CFL version advertised as the LED. I bought it from Amazon Warehouse and when it showed up, I saw immediately that it was the wrong light and shipped it back. Thankfully Amazon was cool and covered the return freight but it was an annoying experience.5) Read the directions carefully for attaching the bulb lens. It's a funky setup and while it looks like the attachment screws and nuts on the body have to be removed to attach the lens, they don't - they are internally threaded to accept 4 smaller Phillips screws hidden in the light bulb box.6) Made in China - yep, even for $220, this is Sino sourced and even with that cheap overseas sourcing, Southwire still cut corners - really lame.In summary, this little LED construction light has a small footprint for a standup light. It's very white and bright. But it's also very pricey at $220 and it's $220+ everywhere on the web and locally. The manufacturer, Southwire, appears to have the price fixed across the web so buy it NEW from Amazon and rest assured that Amazon will cover any goofy problems that may arise. I sent the first Wobblelight LED Jr back because it was mislabeled as an LED when it was really the cheaper CFL.I nearly sent this second brand new Wobblelight Jr LED light back because of the cord issue I outlined earlier but I figured I'd add the 250v/15A switch and fix the loose cord at the same time. It was less aggravation to crack the light case than to pack it up, go through the return paperwork and lug it over to UPS, wait for a new light and then have to crack the case to add the On/Off switch that you see in the 3rd and 4th photos from the left. One important note if decide to add an On/Off switch like I did. DO NOT use a standard drill bit to drill the hole for the switch - use a Unibit or equivalent. The plastic case wants to chip, not drill. I drilled a 1/4 pilot hole first and even that chipped out but I was able to clean it up with a Unibit and it came out perfect. For me, the lack of power switch deducts 1 rating point and the cord problem I had to fix myself deducts another rating point.I can't deduct points from this light for the first Amazon Warehouse CFL/LED screw up - that's just Amazon Warehouse being Amazon Warehouse.

Build very sturdy.
Assembly is very easy and getting the light up and running showed me that this is just the shop light I was looking for. If you need a tough light for repairs this is the one to buy.

Arrived Damaged
The item was not packaged properly for shipping. It was simply the standard box in another box, with no padding whatsoever. The unit arrived broken into two pieces at the base - as if you took it apart. To avoid the hassle of returns - we tightened everything and used the light. The brightness is as advertised.

Loose socket and missing hardware.
The box came all banged up and the socket was loose and missing a holding screw, I will have to take the whole thing apart to attach the socket as it's the only way to reach under it, I should have bought locally already assembled for $10 more, taking it apart will be the price to pay for being cheap.

its good and worth the money
it is a good light that can take abuse. it doesnt have a switch, but who cares. that is just something else to fail on a light designed to take some abuse.
