Excellent Customer Service
Bought two Powilling lithium batteries to supplement the included Ryobi battery for my mower. They both worked great for the first couple months (30-45 mins of power per battery, depending on whether I was using the self-propelled function or not), but then one of them started to lose Ah to the point where I could only use it for 10-15 mins before it died. It was frustrating, but I contacted customer service and they sent a new replacement out right away for me. The new one has been working great, and I’m able to get my whole yard done again cycling through the three “good” batteries. Recommended, especially because customer service will hook you up with a replacement if you have any issues, so there’s really no point in not trying them, especially when they are so much cheaper than the branded Ryobi batteries.

Appears to be an exact copy
Only used it once, but it appears to be "to spec". Fit perfectly in my charger and took a full charge. Fit perfectly in my 7 year old Ryobi 20" mower. No noticable difference in power compared to my OEM batter. Similar charge capacity compared to my OEM battery. Biggest difference, so far, is it was less than half the price of a Ryobi battery.

Good Replacement Battery but Not Close To the Original
I got this as a 2nd battery for my Ryobi weed trimmer. Compared to a Ryobi battery, this is a great value. While this claims to be a 5.0, it doesn't seem to have the power or the longevity of the battery that came with the trimmer. I have an acre 25+ bushes and shrubs to trim around, a shed in the back. and a longer than average driveway. Fully charge the original battery will use half the battery; from 4 bars down to 2. This Powilling battery fully charged uses 75% of the battery; 4 bars down to 1. So the original i can get through my yard twice between charges, and this one I'll have to charge before using again. This isn't surprising to me based on all the reviews i've read. In it's favor, the power stayed pretty constant and my weed wacker handled all the normal things. Given the price point I've fine with this battery. Its a good not great replacement to the original for about fifty bucks less.

Worked well for the Ryobi 40V mower.
I found Ryobi 40V mower on the curb for trash to pick up. I rescued it, got this battery, and made a new “key” (jumper wire, lol) for the mower and it works wonderfully. I don’t have a legit Ryobi battery for comparison, but it can mow my medium yard twice or thrice on one charge.

Battery capacity is misrepresented by seller.
This battery IS NOT a 5.0Ah battery.Though I'm an electronics engineer, it wont take a rocket scientist to understand what I'm going to explain. I have a 3Ah battery from another manufacturer and it works great in my weed wacker -- cutting faster than any gasoline weed wacker I have ever owned, over decades, but it doesn't last very long because the 3Ah battery sends maximum power to the weed wacker motor (which I think is also great because I want to get done faster). Who doesn't want to get done faster by using a more powerful machine? So, to get more run time (before recharge) I bought this 5Ah battery that I'm saying really isn't a 5Ah battery. Yes, it runs much longer -- in fact, over twice as long. But that's because it is sending less current (and therefore less power) to the weed wacker's motor. This is a huge problem with me because I have to spend much more time cutting the same amount of weeds because less power is getting to the weed wacker's motor. How do I know that this battery IS NOT a 5.0Ah battery? Because this battery that I am complaining about weighs less than my 3Ah battery. An Ah (Ampere-hour) rating is an energy rating. To deliver more energy, and thus do more work, a battery of the same technology (in this case Lithium-ion) must weigh more: a 5.0Ah battery must weigh five-thirds (5/3) more than a 3.0Ah battery. This battery does not do that. My "trusted" 3.0Ah battery weighs 49.1oz. This battery I am complaining about weighs 45.4oz. In other words, if my trusted 3.0Ah battery is used as a standard, this "5.0Ah" battery contains less energy than my 3.0Ah. If you want to pay more for less ... go right ahead.Summary:I have a shipping scale which can measure things to a fraction of an ounce -- there are 16-oz in a pound:__As I wrote above, the "5-Ah" battery I am complaining about weighs 45.5oz.__My trusted 3-Ah battery weighs 49.1oz.__A 4-Ah battery from the same trusted manufacturer weighs 64oz (now that's what I'm talkin' about!).Note: when you see a weight number for something you are buying at Amazon, that's virtually always a shipping weight. It is not item weight. When you want to know an item weight, the best way to accurately get that is at the manufacturer's web site.

Questionable Quality
Running time falling shorter then specs. Questionable functionality upon basement winter storage in above 60 degrees Temps as indicator no longer worked along with holding a shorter charge.Purchased a new charge made by the same brand that works great. When attempting to charge upon new season charger indicated battery was fully charged yet completely died when attempting use on multiple devices. Letting battery set on the charger for a week and it somehow charged.Would recommend a temporary solution to save on cost but not to expect more than you pay for.

A good buy at competitive price
Bought in Canada to replace old battery that I thought just didn’t keep it’s charge anymore: would stop after 10-15 minutes. This battery works well and I can go all around my property.I just put on battery charger once after three thorough uses.

Powling lithium battery for Robiyo lawn mower
It was less than half the price of a Robiyo battery. Works well, one full charge cut my front back and side lawn, my old Roybio battery had to be charged to cut side lawn. Lawn mower is 5 years old, original battery lasted 4 years. I'm pleased with the purchase. It arrived within the delivery time, and I live very rural.

Never again
This battery does not fit well in the Ryobi yard vacuum and does not last as long as it should. I had to purchase a smaller Ryobi battery and it outperformed this nock-off. Money wasted!

Good value.
Looks identical to the original battery. Seems to hold power quite well but got this at the end of the summer season, so not much use this season. Power is comparable to original battery. Hope that the overall battery life is also as good as the original battery, but only time will tell that.
