Can you put makeup on the patch?

Yes, when it is just applied it blends in very well and you can apply makeup over it. Since it absorbs fluid it becomes opaque and more visible so you might want to change it more regularly in the beginning.

Can you put the patches in your mouth?

I've used them on the inside of my lip and main lip surface. I don't know if you are implying elsewhere within the oral cavity or not?!

Can I use this in exterior upper eyelid?
