Has helped with my Asthma
This tea is a bit pricey and I was a bit shocked when I saw how small the bottle was but a little goes a long way and you seem to have to pay more for organic goods! The tea comes in a glass bottle which I like, you have to shake it up to mix the contents before using. The flavour takes a bit of getting used to but it's not unpleasant, you can taste the different herbs in there, that's for sure. I have noticed an improvement with my breathing since taking this tea and I sent a bottle to my Mum who has also reported the same effect so it must be working. I have had Asthma all my life so anything to relieve the symptoms in a non pharmaceutical way is always very welcome. I would buy this again despite the high ticket price.

Phony Concept; Bad Results
I'm a big fan of natural remedies and herbal concoctions. However, I also feel the herbalists & homeopathics do their share of conning people into thinking they have problems they don't really have and/or chasing down "solutions" that aren't practical. This detoxing business is one of those matters. My husband has chronic lung problems that result in mild yet alarming breathing impairment. We did all of the standard tests and the conclusion was that he had some damage that was likely due to some kind of scar tissue. The official verdict was that the damage was irreversible, but also not likely to get worse, so we should just learn to adapt. Fine. I was glad for that insight, but also wanted to pursue herbal options in case some progress could be made. I'm a big believer in the body's ability to heal itself. I got my man bulk Reishi mushroom powder and Ashwagandha powder from Amazon, and we made homemade capsules which he took regularly. Over time (months), we noticed improvement in his ability to breathe. Then he came down with what was likely Covid, and that really set him back. In the midst of that multi-month misery, I bought him these detox capsules to try. I recognized several of their ingredients as herbs I'd read up on as being good for the lungs. And, yes, I fell for the whole "detox" concept even though I should have known better. Well, after days of my husband having an upset stomach and diarrhea, I took a closer look at those ingredients. Turns out many of the herbs in this recipe are well-known laxatives, and essentially make your body keep trying to empty it's GI tract. And just how are your lungs supposed to benefit from you constantly irritating your bowels? I did more research and read the other side of the "lung detox" argument. I now feel that the whole idea of trying to herbally detox your lungs is total hooey. Instead, you should simply try to support their general health and leave your lungs to repair themselves, which they will do automatically over time. Dehydrating yourself by inducing diarrhea is only going to give you more problems. I've lost respect for this company because they are promoting the idea that you can forcibly detox your lungs by swallowing something that primarily affects your bowels. And if you keep having diarrhea, how will you even have the chance to absorb any part of this formula that might actually help your lungs? I agree with those who say the best way to treat lungs is through breathable remedies, such as essential oils. I diffuse eucalyptus and thyme essential oils (both great for the lungs) on a nightly basis and I believe those treatments have helped my husband as well. I also feel that we see evidence that his lungs are in the process of naturally "detoxing" themselves without taking this product. As soon as he stopped taking these pills, the diarrhea stopped, and I then got him hydration tablets to repair the damage. Total rip off. Don't do it.
