A: It would depend on which chainring you bought to go with it. Guess most chainrings would work with an 8 speed cassette but you may not get optimum performance if you use a chainring designed for 11 or 12 speed.

**Q: does it come with both arms left and right**
A: Yup, also comes with single chainring bolts, make sure to order a 96BCD chainring!

**Q: Will this fit a Shimano hollowtech bottom bracket?**
A: I should imagine so.
