The succulent pots are well pack by dense foam and it arrived in perfect condition. There is a hole for each pot, so the excess water can come out,  there is also a saucer underneath the pot to hold the excess water. Perfect owl set, I bought this for my niece who is plant lover. She loves them. She told me that her day goes better at home just by looking at these small succulent pots.

Love them!!! Excellent for mini cacti and succulents. They are awesome. Come with a drilled hole at the bottom and they just make you feel good when you see them.Note: Plants and soil not included.

These are too cute! They came packaged in form-fitting styrofoam, inside a box. Could definitely gift these. There were several sets on Amazon from different sellers, at different prices. I liked the paint on these the best (they really are painted differently). These have a small hole at the bottom for drainage as well as little grid pieces to go over the holes so the dirt/media doesn't fall out. These are great - I may order more for gifts!

I bought three dozen of these for work holiday gifts. I added tiny succulents from my local nursery. They were a huge hit. Colleagues got a kick out picking out just the right combination of pot and plant. They loved that each of the pots had their own personality. The little wooden coasters are a thoughtful and practical touch. I will say that some of the pots are very narrow; only the smallest succulents fit in them correctly. Shorter succulents also worked better. But none of the pots had any real flaws; they were all adorable and well painted. I would totally get these again.

I have been anxiously awaiting for my owls to arrive. I even went to Lowes to pick out succulents to go with the six owls. I just received my perfectly sealed box, but when I started to take each one out of the box to admire it I found that two of my owls have googly eyes. (The eyes aren't painted in the space that was crafted for them to be.) I purchased these as part of a gift for my mother's 70th birthday and am sadly disappointed. I never write reviews but this is not right. The price and packaging are great but if you are going to advertise what a great gift it is then it should be presentable.
