Good Kadai for fried foods and worth for the price
The cast iron kadai is very heavy.Bought for cooking deep frying evening snacks and pappad.I got it today. I have started experimenting on it.It is very heavy to carry.It is a deep kadai for preparing fried foods because the food items can be dipped into oil filled in it.It is small in size and the quantity of frying food would take time.But good for health as it is cast iron.It would last long if we rub oil on its surfaces and keep. There is no lid.Need to buy lid separate if needed.Price also reasonable.Go for it if needed.
