Very pleased with results on my cat.
I have had this product for thirteen days. In that time, my 14 year old cat's teeth have gone from huge tartar build-up... so thick that I actually chipped some off with my finger-nail... to pure white. They still feel a little rough so I am sticking with the two sprays twice per day schedule until they feel nice and smooth. He doesn't seem to mind the spray at all. I pull back his lips on each side and spray. Easy, easy, easy.I have another cat I want to use it on but she was much more resistent to letting me even pull back her lips so I decided to wait and see if it works before forcing it on her. I will definitely be "forcing it on her" now. If your pet will let you pull back his/her lips, you'll probably have no trouble using this spray. It's very gentle.Be sure there's no food or water or grass available for 1/2 hour before and after each application. The 2 oz. bottle seems like it will last a long time using it on cats. I have no regrets about only ordering one bottle, but I will definitely be ordering more.I sprayed some in my own mouth to see what it's like and there's nothing scary or bad-tasting about it. I can't imagine any animal actually minding it aside from fear of the unknown.UPDATE:I just read the review about the essential oils in this product being toxic to cats. I had actually given up on using this on my cat because it was making him vomit. I would strongly suggest that if you use this on your cat DO NOT spray it into his/her mouth. Instead, remove the cap and apply it with a Q-Tip directly to the plaque and use as little as possible.I only moved my rating down one star because it works great on humans and is not toxic to us. For cats, not so sure. It works but seems to have adverse side effects (but anesthesia isn't so good for cats either). So, if using, PLEASE be sparing and cautious.

WORKS GOOD!
Darn good for removing built up tartar in just a few uses. Many years ago we were talked into getting our 5 year old Lab's teeth cleaned by a vet. We paid $350 to sedate our boy and unfortunately get the tips of all his top and lower fangs chipped off; I vowed never ever to do it again. So began my search for some other way to keep his mouth healthy. I don't remember if I saw this product advertised on TV along time ago or not , but while searching for teeth cleaning products I found Plaque Attack on Amazon. I have big Labs and med-size Lab/Mix rescues so taste ( smells minty) is not an issue for my boys; anything other than breakfast and dinner is considered "sweet" to them. Just a few short squirts on the sides and front teeth for 3 days and I saw impressive results.( Due to the rapid results I don't feel the need to use very often, so the product lasts.) Now when we go to our new vet, we get good reports on healthy mouths; I might add, I told her what I used and received no negative reaction.

It works mostly.....
Okay, so maybe it is me not being diligent enough every day to spray this in my pets mouth. Our two small breed dogs, especially the boy dog, have a tendency to develop a lot of plaque on their teeth, particulary the back teeth, despite feeeding them nothing but dry food. As a result, we have to pay the vet an astonomical amount of cash each year to sedate our little ones and have their teeth cleaned. The little boy could actually stand to have this done twice a year, poor thing, but we don't really like the idea of having to put them to sleep, which as they get older is a real issue. You have to sign all kinds of waivers and releases promising not to sue the vet if your pet doens't 'wake-up'.With that said, we have turned to this product to help us, and it does somewhat, but 'it ain't perfect'. I can't say that our pets enjoy it very much, but we praise them a lot afterwards for taking thier medicine and it all works out. They still love us afterwards.... We are now trying the Biotene for drinking water additive that is supposed to work better. Maybe between the two products we can give our babies better results and fewer trips to the vet.

It worked for us.
Most of our dogs have low maintenance teeth. Brushing a few times a week, or even just rubbing the enzymatic toothpaste on their teeth seems to keep them in good shape. For whatever reason (the vet says, hey, it's just her genes) our Rott mix builds tartar and plaque like a mad woman! You can't stop it! I was surprised to find this product actually did begin to dissolve the plaque from her teeth as well as help with her otherwise atrocious breath. I'm happy with this product. Before someone launches in on me, yes, she has had cleanings done annually for most of her life. She is now 14 years old, and last month she had what I consider to be her last cleaning. Our vet is aware we are using this product with her and we are on the same page! I use the product only a few times a week with her now and I will continue to do so. (Although admittedly I would NOT use this product on our cat.)

oral dental care
This product is easy to use, has no real odor, and my four year old takes it with little fuss. Out of three cats, the four year old has a real plaque problem. Since this product isn't harsh tasting, and the spray is gentle, she doesn't resist during the treatment. She doesn't mind the taste and actually comes to me when it's time to spray each day. I can tell it's starting to work as her breath is less harsh and her teeth are starting to look better. This is a lot better than a costly and harmful dental procedure that in my cat's case, would probably kill her. She's a very small cat, rescued three years ago, and has had other health problems. It's great to know that there are products that can take care of dental problems without harming your pet. I recommend this highly.

Minty
Was skeptical at first, took about a week to work; but it ended up doing the trick! My dog's breath and teeth improved drastically and all is perfect! I highly recommend this to all! You do need to make sure you follow the directions exactly and if you have a big dog, like I do, you will run out a lot faster than what the add states which is why I am giving it a four instead of a five stars! Although, IT WORKS! Shipping is fast and I say go for it, get this for your dog if they have nasty, foul breath and plaque on their teeth!

I am happy with this product
I am happy with this product. I found that their gums look healthier and it has started to reduce the tartar buildup. I am using the Double Header Tartar Scraper (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B007KLK9WQ/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1) as well to help manually remove the tarter. Using both hand in hand.
