Bee Propolis - Glycolic - Green Brazilian Propolis by Sunyata (GOLD) - 25 X 30 ml

I don't use it for antioxidant purpose. I use it for prolonged dry coughs. I don't dilute it when I use it.I was introduced the word "propolis" by my mom. She brought me a bottle she got from Brazil. She said it worked very well for her dry coughs and I probably should give it a try too. She told me to put a drop or two directly to my throat. Then try to hold it there for a few seconds before swallowing it. After that, refrain from drinking water for 5-10 minutes. She warned me of the "spicy" taste. Boy! It tasted awful, as if it's not meant for human consumption! Yet it worked like a charm!Dry cough seems to run in my family. This brand of propolis seems to work for my family too. Even though my 8-year-old hates spicy food, she asks for it when she can't get rid of long nasty dry coughs. She said she almost threw up after swallowing it, yet she'd rather deal with short-term discomfort than long-term coughs.The packaging and taste of this Sunyata brand I bought here is exactly the same as that of the bottle my mom got from Brazil. So it's probably the real stuff. It doesn't contain alcohol so kids can use it, if they can stand the taste.

I believe this green propolis really helped my very bad allergies. The other reviewers were NOT kidding about how BAD this stuff tastes. Just take it in a very little bit of water and get it down. You'll be glad you did. Now that my allergies are under control, I will continue to take propolis as I understand it is good for the immune system in general.

This product made my mouth burn, eyes water, and stomach turn. Propylene glycol ( what was supposed to be the extraction solution) is supposed to be odorless and nearly tasteless. The propolis itself at that dilution should not have tasted that bad. I will be looking for a different product and getting rid of this one.

Propolis certainly helped me avoid getting sick. Now I know why my dad used to give it to me all the time when I was a kid. Def buy it. And it's 100% natural

Most of my life I have heard about the benefits of everything BEE! I have done a little research and I heard that bee propolis is good for your immune system. I have asthma and when I get a cold, it's really bad so I'm constantly looking for things to boost my immune system and prevent colds/flu. I've been taking this product for a couple of years. Honestly I'm not sure if it does anything or not. Twice I ran out and it took a couple of weeks to get it shipped to me and ended up catching a cold that caused a lot problems. Coincidence? Not sure, but I'm not willing to test it again!! It tastes pretty awful, but I put 10 drops in my orange juice and that's not too bad.

It maybe pure but it has a strong taste that sting my tongue. I don’t put it to a glass of water and drink as suggested in the bottle, I usually put a drop directly to my throat when it’s really dry and prevent coughing. It’s not suitable for me for that purpose

Heard from a friend that she uses this product to help with her allergies.So, I order one to give it a try.So far, it helps, I still have to take Zyrtec, may be once a week, rather than daily.It is late in the allergy season, so we'll see it again next year.

Taste horrible 🤦 (I mix it very well in 3oz of orange juice) .👉My husband has refluxo and every mornig he had a lot of thick saliva in his throat... It helped a lot . He wants another bottle of it
