This helmet is seems to do the job alright, is boa adjustable, and is great if your kid is a sticker collector, and needs a place to adhere them. The only thing I really question on this is the coverage. ... Let me explain, this seems to have bigger gaps around the ears, and doesn't look like it comes down far enough in the front or back. I did read a helmet fitting guide that suggested there only be about a two finger-width gap from child's brow to the helmet's rim (the gap here is wider on my kid, but he does have a five-head. ...) I don't think this really compromises the helmet's function, just being a crazy Mom, I wish there were more coverage all the way around.

This helmet complies with safety standards for ages 5 and older. Not ages 3 and older.I find this very irresponsible. Fortunately I read the paperwork when it arrived before using it for my 3yr old. I wonder how many parents think their 3 or 4 yr old is wearing a certified helmet when they are not.Safety standards for children isn't something to be dishonest about.

I bought 4 of these helmets for kids ages 3-7. It’s a perfect fit on all 4! We have had considerable frustration with other helmets not fitting well or being easy to adjust but these are a cinch. We like that the adjustment knob is on the outside so it can be adjusted while the helmet is on. The knob turns easily and my older ones can do it themselves. We bought 2 in pink and 2 in black. Both are matte colors and look about as cool as a helmet can.

My kids are active riders of BMX. They are young but can do what some teenagers can't. Helmets are a big deal as they are used everyday for us. I thought I'd give this brand a try as it looked the same as ProTec but a much cheaper price. They do not cover the childrens foreheads completely like protec. They also fell apart less than a month after receiving them. I have learned price=quality when it comes to helmets.

Great helmet! The sticker that was on the helmet when it arrived was already chipping off, so I gently took it off. Other than that it’s a great fully adjustable helmet, fit my 9 year old daughter perfectly. Even bought two more for our 3&2 year old son and daughter.

I purchased two of these helmets for my daughters. It still doesn’t fit my 1 year old but we started using the helmet for my 4 year old. We have repeatedly attempted to tighten the knob in the back in order to create a snug fit for my daughter but it continues to get loose. It will wiggle on her heard while she rides, making it completely unsafe. Unfortunately, we didn’t immediately use the helmets until after the return date expired so we are stuck with two non functioning and unsafe helmets.

Please watch your child while wearing this. My daughter was done wearing it and tried pulling it off. She pushed the helmet to the back of her head which caused the strap to become tight on her neck. This caused her to pass out due to lack of oxygen. Thankfully I was standing next to her during this event. Very scary.
