Simple and direct
As Jonathon Goodwin has stated, the techniques mostly circulated to the genitals. But also palms to the head and strikes in other areas. But the sad fact of life is that you don't have many options in a street fight and if your looking for fancy or flamboyant moves then this is not for you. Yes I'm sure there is more to Krav-maga but the point of this DVD is to give you the simplest way to defend yourself. Yes more instruction is useful but if you watch the techniques over and over you will eventually get it as the techniques pretty much repeat them selves in different way's throughout the DVD in different circumstances. How many techniques do you want or need? All you need is the best techniques and right fighting attitude as well as attacking those vital target areas that work and you'll be right. That is what this DVD is showing you. What more are you looking for? Simple direct techniques that work in many different situations. I gave it four star's because of it's simplicity and if push came to shove, I would use these sort of techniques.

What did i just get?
This was a complete trickery. Short and informal, I didn't learn anything useful other than! When in doubt, knock them balls out. Like every move was focused around smashing somebodies nuts. Over priced and developed! I Know Krav Maga Encompasses more than this!

Great DVD
Great dvd with a lot of explained detail for the individual who enjoys Krav Maga. My boyfriend really enjoyed this dvd and has recommended it to his colleagues at work
