Book arrived as promised. Clean and in good condition.

The book was extremely hard to get hold of ... I ordered it three or four times from different sellers before I finally received it. The book itself is a great help to people who are looking to find noteworthy places to visit in South Carolina, but I was disappointed in the quality of the photographs, which were very small. A few more maps and bigger photos would have earned the book 5 stars from me. Criticisms aside, I have utilized the book with pleasure in my quest to find good photographic subjects in this historic southern state.

This is not a road trip book it’s a story book. See images above. I was expecting a road trip book with points of interest photos and information not what was in this book.

got this book as we were going to SC on vacation. It was fun reading as we prepared for our trip, but once in SC, I didn't use this as I had expected. My family who live in SC enjoyed looking at varied trips in this book, so kept the book for some adventuring for them.

I bought this for a woman that lives in assisted living. It made her happy to receive it, so in my world...that's a good book. I did not personally read this book, I heard her speak about this book because it was said to give a brief history of how towns in SC were named, so I bought it for her.

My wife can not wait to use this book as a guide to checking out the state.

This is a great book. My husband and I are retired so this will give us a chance to see South Carolina the way it's meant to be seen.
