Clean Antarctic Krill | K·Real | 165 mg EPA and 93 mg DHA Bound to Phospholipids | Heavy Metal Tested

I purchased this product with their Fish oil after watching a YouTube video by Mike Mutzel and Dr Nick regarding incorporating healthy fats in one's diet. I do not eat fish as often as I should, so I am missing out on its many health benefits.. Myoscience Clean Antartic Krill is a decent product, high potency with no aftertaste. I've only used it for 2 weeks because I had an allergic reaction after first use. Thank God my reaction was not severe just some annoying itching and taking Benadryl alleviated the itch. ( I am allergic to shellfish and didnt think about it when I placed my order). I still continue to take the krill, but only 1 capsule every other day and tolerate it very well - no more itching. I can say I have more energy now and taking the combination of krill and fish oil has improved my dry skin, hair and nails fabulously. Expecting to show improved results in bloodwork at the end of next month.
