Wish I had known of this product a few years ago to better navigate life. Dermatologist recommended 10% Benzoyl Peroxide for husbands back for slight breakout I never thought twice about and it cleared right up. (no it wasn't overnight, or even the single month the Dermatologist thought, but we kept at it until it happened and it did). Key is consistency. So I went to see the same Dermatologist realizing something could be done for a face/back breakout so severe it was hard to go grocery shopping for a few months. The prescription product he prescribed first made things worse on my ever so sensitive skin so after a month his office decided it was causing more 'just under the skin' acne that wouldn't come to a head and Dermatologist recommended switching to a more gentle 10% Benzoyl Peroxide DAILY use for about a minute in the shower (along with 3 months of antibiotics & out of pocket licensed & administered in Dermatologist office light therapy). It took consistent use, for quite some time, but finally the results appeared and stayed and stayed with consistent use. From what I understand it needs to either come to a head or be moved out via the lymph system and this product does that effectively so I patiently persist and after 6 months there is a night and day difference! CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY! Now good complexion is maintained with only using 10% Benzoyl Peroxide wash consistently and an occasional 2% Benzoyl Peroxide lotion (not soap) to supplement it if the first signs of under the skin inflammation bumps are felt. I chose this brand cause the cost per ounce is cheaper than another. You have to look out for that on Am*z^n. The tab Low to High Price does NOT compare price per ounce! Often items that cost more appear on the first, second, third etc rows interspersed among cheaper things. Shoppers need to be savvy!It's kind of strange. Never really had any acne problem at all in my teens or twenties! I have no idea why it suddenly became problematic in my fifties but it did and after getting it under control, this maintains it effectively. I know from experience, at this season of life, for whatever reason, I can't miss a day using 10% Benzoyl Peroxide no matter what or it gets ahead of me...so I consistently create staying ahead of it. Consistency!

I’ve have tried nearly every benzoyl peroxide face wash, and this one is my favorite and the best value. Some washes have had an awful formaldehyde-like scent but this one has a mild chlorine-like scent (as benzoyl peroxide typically has). I love the bottle it comes in; the pump design is perfect for use in the shower. I have really bad acne and 10% benzoyl is the only way I’ve been able to get it under control. While most washes I’ve tried have successfully controlled acne, some dry my skin too much - this one does not. Overall, very happy with this face wash.

This product did wonders for me, however I do have semi-sensitive skin so it is a little too much for me, It doesn’t dry me out too much, (i also use aquaphor for my intense moisturizer when needed) but it does make me a little red and irritated for a few minutes after washing my face after about a week of using it. It cleared my acne, but also tremendously faded my acne scars, which has been a very big problem for me. So if you have tough or semi-sensitive skin I definitely recommend!!! DO NOT USE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN!!! this is definitely worth the money for lots of results!! This is my god honest truth about this product! It is truly amazing!!

It really works! I can't use "leave-on" benzoyl peroxide products, because they really irritate my skin. I was reluctant, initially to even try a wash, but I gave it a shot, anyway. This provided the results I was looking for, without the flaky, burned skin that I would usually get from leave-on versions. A month later, my skin cleared, and I now use it a couple times per week as maintenance. Very pleased. Keep in mind: ANY product with benzoyl peroxide will bleach towels, clothing, hair... Make sure you rinse completely!!

Unlike other BP washes, this left my skin burning and red. BUT it does treat the skin issue of acne so I'm not going to be too harsh in my review. I won't buy again, but I will use up what I have. Note: don't leave on skin more than 60 seconds and you'll be fine.

Brought this product as my back acne was starting to get out of hand. Used the product for over two weeks as directed and didn’t notice a difference. In fact, it may have made my situation slightly worse.The product itself is easy to apply and simple to use. However, its left my back and shoulders extremely itchy numerous times over the two week use period. Will probably be dropping this product in the next day or two, regrettably.

Before I chose this brand of BP10% face wash, I searched through probably a dozen other brands’ BP10%. I have used other brands before but I really wanted to find one that offered a product with the least unnecessary ingredients because all you really need is the BP. The aloe and other plant based ingredients also help with moisturizing and redness (A LOT). So Kivoria checked that box for me. I was also looking for the best value. Buying BP in the store is usually around $10 for 4-5oz, and online the price range is ridiculously huge. With Prime delivery and 8oz for just over $16 it’s the best price I found for the best quality.The only thing I wish was different is the pump. The head of the pump is too small and I would have to use 2 hands to use it if I hadn’t switched out the pump with another one I had.Also! It’s so hard to find a travel size BP wash! Please make one!!! 2oz!! Please?

My old acne wash I used was discontinued so I need to find a replacement. I bought several 10% washes and this by far was the best of the bunch. Any 10% acne washes you can get in the store do not work for my skin. I use this in the shower but you’ll find it works more efficiently if you can keep it on your face for 3-5 mins. For sensitive skin you’ll want to do the lower amount of time recommended as after 5 minutes or so I can feel my face start to burn slightly (which in reality tells me it’s working). This product seems to work well, has a great price and from the amount I’ve used so far will go a long way.
