Defective unit...
Mine came with a damaged box inside the Amazon box with a dirt ink mark on the glass bottle cap. A bad impression to start... I also had to charge it to test it out. Power is not strong as ice will just turn into crushed ice. Will return my unit. May be it is just my unit as others seem to think highly of this blender.

Did not work
Blender did not work when I received it. It was a hassle to have to return it to get a refund and by that time, I did not have time to reorder a new one. Frustrating situation.

I buy it because the design but all the materials look like cheap! I don’t think it worth the price!
