WOLF Garten RR5000 Professional Bypass Pruner 7263007

This are well built and do exactly what they should. I really like them but don't use them as much as my Bachos for two reasons: these are fairly big and my hands are on the smaller size so the opening range is wider than I prefer; their blade height makes them more suitable for larger branches that are not tightly wound, my house plants are the opposite requiring precision. Conclusion: these are not bad - they are just not for me.

Great pruner. It's heavy duty and feels substantial in your hand.Does a great job.I left it outside in the elements for a week in the summer, and it's still doing what I want.I'll be loyal to this brand.

My boyfriend is a landscaper and he swears by these. He had tried others but went back to these, easy to use and sturdy, lasts a long time.

I like it and works great; as good as the Swiss made Filco I own, but somewhat of a better value. No periodic adjustments needed or blade replacement so far. Good old German engineering.

Had an older version that needed replacement. Much better and convenient locking mechanism

Well made product. East to use. Worth every penny. I'm hoping these will be the last ones that I buy.

First, let me disclaim. I do not baby my garden implements. They get dirty, they get wet, and I want to just rinse or wipe them up and them put them on the shelf until the next time. So, if you baby your tools, skip this review.If you don't baby your tools, then skip these pruners. The "spring" that opens these pruners doesn't quite spring anymore. I have to use my hand to open them all the way. Maybe I attempted to cut too big a branch one day? Maybe I put them up without drying them off sometime? Who knows, but like I said - that's how I treat my garden tools (not overly well). So, I bought these fancy, expensive pruners, and now they are worthless? LIfetime warranty? How do I file a claim? No idea. In the meantime, my good old Corona pruners with the spring that shows still get the job done. That style pruner is what I will stick with from now on!

Works very well. The strap proved very useful, allows one to do things like tying up the plants along with pruning - the secateurs just hang on the wrist while doing such things. Very comfortable to work with.

These are by far the best secateurs I've ever used.The blades are incredibly sharp and accurately aligned, removable for sharpening and grinding, and come with the needed Allen key.They are made by Wolf Garten, a German garden tools company that make the best kit around in my opinion, and a company whose quality are world renown.The grip is superb, the size is fantastic (I have large hands) and are beautifully balanced.There is also a hidden return spring in the handles, meaning no centre spring to catch, spring off and disappear unlike cheaper secateurs.The only downside is the thumb switch lock is a tad stiff, and awkwardly placed, but this really is so minor a niggle that it still gets five stars.

Give an excellent clean cut on my Roses with little effort, comfortable to use, well up to Wolf high standards.

Very happy with the product.... have been using it to prune small branches of plants. It cuts twigs of size 10mm easily. Completely satisfied with the product.
