I took this as directed 4 days and it did nothing. i was still hungry. Directions say to drink a gallon of water a day. Anyone who drinks a gallon of water is not going to be hungry with or without a pill. They offer a free bottle for a favoritable review. I am sending it back. I'm not overweight, however, I go up and down 8lbs give or take a few. When I'm up, I'd like a solution that helps me curb my appetite so that I can go back down. Definitely works but you have to remember to take it a couple of hours before the actual meal.. Ok! I first heard of this product -- not necessarily the name but the "caralluma" through a doctors website-- that claim wonders for his patients.. I had tried just about everything.. So I tried this. I did my research and actually found it was used by Indians whom went on long hunting away from home to curb the appetite. ..I want to say it does curb the appetite and give you energy without the shakiness or drop down after product stops working. For me I can do one and the curbing last at least 6 to eight hours, I must say I have too force myself to snack and or eat.. However, I have not felt it dwindle down like some other products that your body gets acclimated and your left taking more and more. That has not been the feeling.. Like I said my body is different Im super sensitivity so definitely this is more then enough for me. Which is good Im super sensitive and didn't want any too strong. Especially at my age. This is the 2nd time I order.. I will definitely continue to purchase.

I wanted to wait until at least a month has passed before writing a review. I think this product is amazing, and has really helped me to burn some fat. I often have periods in my life where I am exercising daily and feeling great, followed by months of sluggishness. I know this isn't the best habit to have, but I started taking this in hopes it would help me lose some of the pounds I can't seem to shed... and it did! I had been having a hard time sticking to my diet plan and loosing weight.
