Worst roller blind ever
This roller blind is and looks cheap but I didn't mind for the purpose that I bought it. The roller blind came without instructions. Because I have installed a few blinds before it wasn't a problem for me. After I opened the holes on the wall and installed the blind, I realised the blind was coming out when I roll it up and down. The reason was that there is a hole that helps you to put the blind to the right position but there should be a blocker or something that should prevent the blind to come out. Maybe some part was missing. I checked the second one that I had ordered and neither this had a part for something like this. Although, I discovered the first blind didn't have the plastic part for holding close to the wall the cord but it had the screw for this. Although, the second blind had this part.

Shocking
So disappointed with this product. Paying £30 for a ‘luxury blind’ that is so thin and let’s so much light in would be better putting a sheet up on my window to keep the light out. So so disappointed. I am now going to have to buy a set of curtains which will cost around another £30 to cover up the lovely ‘luxury blind’ I got from yourself

It works well enough, but beware.
The installation instructions did not explain about shortening the width at all. However as I had fitted a similar blind before, I was able to work out what to do.The mechanism works but only just, the roller has a tendency to drop out at one end, luckily I had fitted it so tight, that it did not fall off completely, and I am able to push it back into its slot.The cloth was not quite square but as I trimmed the width, I was able to compensate for this during cutting.The other blinds I have bought from elsewhere are much better made, but cost a bit more.

Poor quality
Fittings and fixings .... overall not good very cheaply made and the instructions and measurements for shortening are really off. The actual bar that the blind materials rolls on had a dent in it and if it wasn't for the fact that I paying for a handyman to fit it for me and that I was desperate to have my window made private....and we had adapted parts to make it fit ..... I would of returned this item.

great service
only two things i would say their are no instructions in box but not hard to work out needed to cut one of the blinds i new that other thing when trimming blind does creases but did drop out after few days when hung on window . Good product great colour ideal for what i wanted But will be ordering one more for spare room to finish room off thanks

Good product
I used it for one of my bedroom goes with the grey walls and carpet..down side it doesn’t keep the light out !!!

Very stiff to use but looks good
I'm not that impressed with this product. Very thin material, not an easy assemble and the mechanism isn't very smooth. Infact I feel I'm gonna brake it every time I use it. Looks good though, a very nice grey.

Install with 2 people. Or have very long arms. Haha.
Never hung a blind before but I managed. Would recommend 2 people though. The plastic caps seemed quite cheap and the blind material has started to fray a little. They're not blackout so they do let light though. It did the job I needed it to so it's all good.
