Good meal replacement
I found this product locally. Researching Amazon, realized the price was on target. I drink one for breakfast and one before bed. I have slowly been loosing weight that had hung on for way to long.Tastes great, makes a wonderful liquid drink. Vanilla is also great, you can add fruit of choice (strawberry) to enhance the flavor.
