COULD USE A FEW IMPROVEMENTS BUT A GOOD DEAL FOR THE MONEY
First of all, whoever thought this had a great idea. However, because the draw extends underneath, the part of the shelf that you put your pots and pans on is not level. It is two different heights. The other problem we had, was the drawer measurement. The depth of my cabinet is 24 inches. The depth of the drawer is 22 inches. So why, when we installed it, could we not close the door? Well, it turns out that the runner attached to the drawer does not allow the drawer to go all the way to the back wall. You have to take their runners off the drawer, reposition them, and re-screw them more towards the back. After some trial and error we figured out how to get the drawer to work at full extension in a cabinet that was not designed for that purpose. Unlike the illustration shown, our cabinet has a piece of wood down the center where the doors meet. This would mean we would need two drawers one shelf, and the drawers would only be 13 inches wide. What we plan to do is remove the centerpiece, extend the drawer as fully as it will extend, and add the necessary piece is to attach it to as it will not extend fully to the opposite side of the Cabinet. Sometimes you just have to think like MacGyver. But when comparing this cost before drawers to what it would cost to have one drawer custom-made, it is well worth the extra time and effort. I just wish the bottom of the drawer was not so uneven, and at the draw would extend a bit further than it does. All in all a really great idea at a much lower price than custom-made drawers.

Does the job
OK, I really liked this product. Did what was advertised. I was able to install two of these on my base cabinets in my kitchen (even with the assistance of my three year old) in a short amount of time. The drawers slid smooth and looked like the expensive custom ones you see advertised and impressed my picky husband. I did notice that the wood grain on the bottom was going in two different directions on both of the drawers that I purchased. Not a big deal since once you fill them up you cannot see the bottom, but something that I wanted to mentioned. Also, I noticed on one of the pictures shown here they put pot lids on the side and they seem to be held by a piece of wood on the drawer. Neither of mine look like that. They both look like the ones shown with the bathroom and food pictures (I have a slight lip where the top part pull out from the bottom as expected, but no solid piece of wood divider). This was not a deal breaker for me, but something that I wanted to point out since it is different than the first picture shown.I did lose some room in the back, but that was expected when I measured how deep these were compared to my deeper cabinets. I'll use that extra space to store a Capri Sun 10 pack. I know that defeats the point of having a pull out drawer to dig something out, but I'm going to make this a better situation for me and not lose storage (I could also store a box of extra garbage bags behind my pullout drawer, or in a bathroom I would put extra bottles of shampoo, something that you do not use daily as the point of these drawers is so you do not get on you hands and knees to find stuff). I am using these to store the kids plastic dishes and cups. I don't know if I would use it to store anything very heavy as I'm guessing that it would bow in the middle.Someone mentioned that they didn't know what the extra little pieces of wood was for. They must have updated the directions as they stated that the extra little piece was for a frame-less cabinet. I ended up using that little piece for my cabinet as I have hidden hinges and need a shim so the drawer doesn't rub against the inside hinge. Please keep that in mind it you have hidden hinges and adjust accordingly.

Quality needs improvement.
I ordered one of these to put in a custom made cabinet that I could not buy off the shelf roll out shelves for. I thought the price a bit much for what it was, but it is the only adjustable one I could find. The first one worked fine and was not too hard to install. I ordered a second. It arrived missing a roller installed on a slide rail by the manufacturer. Amazon quickly picked it up and sent a replacement. It arrived with a badly bent slide rail. This time Amazon agreed to ship another one before picking up the first so I could mix and match parts if needed. The third arrived with drawer halves that did not match up in size properly. Either one was too long or too short. Mixing the two order parts I was able to get it installed at last. Hopefully the manufacturer will be looking at feed back and realize they need to upgrade their inspection of quality before shipping. Shipping three to get one that works ate up the profit for Amazon and was frustrating for me. In the end, it works where nothing else would and Amazon was great about correcting the problems.

easy, easy, easy
I just purchased my second roll-out shelf from Amazon Warehouse deals, used. It came to me in factory packaging with all hardware, etc. In fact, I could not tell the used one from the first one I bought new. That said, on with the review. While these drawers will reduce your storage space somewhat (about an inch on each of the 4 sides), the convenience of not having to dig wayyyy back into under-counter cabinets is worth it. Additionally, my husband is in a wheelchair, so these make previously innaccessible cabinet space VERY accessible. Installation: Easy. It took me about 20 minutes to install the first drawer as it went on the bottom of the cabinet and there was no worry about plumb, level, etc. Installing the second drawer above the first one took about 40 minutes because I wanted to make sure the tracks were plumb and level. This meant careful measurements and a double-check of said measurements with a level before I drilled pilot holes for the runner attachments in the back of the cabinet. These use only 8 screws for complete installation; 3 screws go in each runner to secure it to the interior of the cabinet, and 2 screws go in each drawer once you've determined how wide the drawer should be. The directions were clear and easy to follow; read them and do what they say and you'll be fine. I'd recommend these drawers to anyone who's tired of having to rummage around in deep, lower cabinets on their hands and knees. Fabulous value for the price, too.
