I had ordered a purple box last week and it arrived with a spelling error. I quickly contacted the the seller J Devlin Glass Art and asked if there was a fix. Well I got a response right away and a quick turn around of a newly re-etched box, mailed quickly too! This dainty glass box is beautifully crafted. The customization is actually etched in the glass, not done with a sticker. It came in 2 days, with no problem. I am very pleased. My granddaughter’s graduation is tomorrow.

Date was wrong. Should have been 2021 but the seller had put 2001. I have as a gift before checking & was horrified. Couldn’t find # to call seller. Box was beautiful came on time.

I ordered this as a gift for College graduate. First line her name, second line name of college and third line Class of 2022. It came out great.
