Taal A.R.Rahman/ Oscar winner for Slumdog Millionaire/ Bollywood Movie / Indian Cinema / Hindi Film

Excellent film depicting the genuine and inconditional love between two youngsters despite class differences, family disapproval and unexpected twist of fate for the girl becoming a successful artist with the help of a mentor and later a lover. A story well rendered by all the actors. I, particularly admire Manav ( Askhaye Khanna) obsessed by his love, mad of love and determined to have Mansi (Aishwarya) back to him despite the firm grip of Anil Kapoor, the third party.The mutual admiration, filial love between father and son and let us not forget grand ma the confident, between also father and daughter add a touching tone in this family movie. A.R.Rahman, a musical genius, demonstrated his multiple talents and made Taal a festive of tunes. No wonder that Taal was selected by the late Roger Ebert for his 2005 Overlooked Film Festival.

I usually put my Bollywood playlist on shuffle, but this album deserves to be heard as it was produced. Especially if you've seen the movie, you will appreciate the flow of the story line in the songs.

Case broken, CD did not work. Had to return it. Very disappointed.

This is such a beautiful movie, beautiful music, my favaorite Bollywood actors, I highly recommend this movie for the scenery of Northern India

The CD is great pristine quality! However, I do not like the casing. I used to have an original CD that I purchased way back in the days from a store. But this casing seems like it's home-made and a bit on the floppy-side. It does not "close shut" it just kind of stays shut like a book, but since the material is way lighter, it flops around instead of staying shut like a nice a thick novel would.
