SKIL 73111 Octo Sandpaper 60 Grit - 5 Pack

Worked great, just as designed, had to order the product on line could not find anyone local selling the skill sandpaper. Lowe's sells the sander but does not stock the sandpaper, so they do not service what they sell. It slowed down finishing my project 3-days by this time it started raining another 2 or 3 days.

Two reviews in one! :)To start off, this sandpaper is awesome!While refinishing my deck and using this to get to the little areas, it easily lasts 4 times longer than other sandpaper I tried, aka Diablo.The Octo replaced a Mouse. The Mouse worked well for months but then the velcro plate started loosing it's velcro. I suspected it was from the family pushing to hard while sanding. That's when I found this Octo with the pressure sensor. The feed back has helped everyone including me to use the sander better. The down side to the sander is that nobody stocks sandpaper for it. Not Lowes, Home Depot, nor Ace. I tried using "universal" sandpaper and poking holes thru to match. The Diablo sandpaper is pathetic. Even with the extra holes it will fray and gum up quickly.I was't sure what the quality would be from ordering sandpaper online, but I was pleasantly surprised. This has worked so well, I'm going to order only Skil sandpaper for my Octo from now on! I should look at get an endorsement or something. :)

What can I say, it's sandpaper. It sands. Can't really wax poetic about it. I wish I could buy it locally since it's usually when you're in the middle of a project that you run out of stuff like this. It's hard to know how much to keep on hand as I never know when I'll be working on a project and when I find myself in the middle of one I'd like to be able to put my hands on supplies quickly.

Perfect fit for the tool. The holes line up exactly and it works like it should.

Did not like the fact I can only purchase one package and now they are out of stock.

Happy that I found the product; however, not happy that Lowes doesn't carry the pads anymore. If they sell the sander, they should sell the products.

Quality product at a good price

Fits well and easy to use.

When I received the item, the plastic film used to wrap the product was stuck to the sandpapet sheets. When I tried to separate them, I ruined a couple of sheets. Very disappointed!
