It is easy to use and because you can see the paper you are cutting, it is useful for cutting pre-designed papers. I did find it hard to use initially, the directions were difficult for me to follow.. Once I started using it, cutting circles were easy. It comes with replacement blades which I think is great. I won't have to order and pay for replacement blades for a while. It cuts well and cleanly. I think that once one gets through the directions for its use, it does the job well.
