While some have chosen to review these figs based on their ability to produce frequent and healthy bowel movements (ye gods... TMI !), I shall confine my endorsement to the quality and taste of the fruit, though I'll start by saying they arrived well-packaged and very quickly after I placed my order.I dig figs, and I usually buy a hefty bag of organic figs at Costco. Its a hit-or-miss affair with the Kirkland brand. Some are really dry and tough, and some fairly soggy. These Turkish figs are all perfect - not a bad one in the bag. It almost seems like each was hand-picked for packaging. But the real proof is in the taste. Absolutely delicious. The only downside for me is that they're expensive, and now that I'm addicted, I have an expensive fig habit.

I am in love with this balance cushion disk. I haven't seen one in both this color and this size before. I am used to smaller discs. I have used it every day since I got it. Both in the gym and also at home while sitting on my desk for hours on end. It helps my back stay stable and my posture great for a long day in the office. I loved the packaging and the bag it comes with too. Very easy to use and pump up with the included hand pump. Very detailed instructions and the pictures on the box are very helpful as well. I also got the free sports inflator needle kit which arrived separately. That helped inflate my Sagal cushion perfectly and its a nice touch because I can use it on other sports balls too. Such a great product. I will shop this brand and company again in the future.

I absolutely love this. I use it for my core while sitting at my desk at work. I also have been using it to practice my balance for my kickboxing and karate classes. It is also very easy to pump up and deflate as you will want to change that depending on what you are using it for. Example: I've been using it to get better at push ups, which I have been struggling with in training. Just inflate it so that you can rest your core on it when you lower yourself and then you can deflate it gradually as your arms gain more strength. Now it is flat and I've removed it. I am now able to do the push ups on my own - which I could not do before. Many many uses and very sturdy product for the money.

My wife got pregnant a couple of months ago and gradually found back pain after a long day of work. We looked for a solution which can help to reduce the stress on her back while can maintain a good sitting posture. This balance cushion disc work perfectly to reduce her back pain even after her long working hours in front of the computer. She loves it so much and bring it to her office everyday. This really does help to ensure we are sitting with correct posture. I use it while at the computer or in front of the TV. Just make sure you read the manual that comes with the product. It make the difference. I have only bought one to try out by my wife and me but plan on ordering more because they work! It is also nicely packaged , great for gift .

I noticed the difference in my posture when wearing it. I think this will help prevent back pain as I sit at the computer for my job all day. I feel more upright with shoulders pulled back and a straight back with it on. It does not feel too constricting.

After about a week of use, my posture improved and my back pain eased. I do have very bad posture, so it helps to use it in a short time and will be used every day. I will recommend it to others.

The product is great! My back hurts a lot, but I've been wearing it for the last few days. I can feel the pressure on my back, which makes me more conscious of my posture. It's also delivered quite quickly, I can't say more!
