Overall, a good value. It does overheat and shut down a bit sooner that I thought but does a really good job. I use the shredded paper in my compost bin, worms are happy and so am I.

When my shredder arrived the box had no signs of any damage. When I opened the package and took out the heavy shredder top it looked good. I removed the black plastic can part and it was cracked all the way through in several places. So I requested a replacement shredder which arrived the next day. This time the smaller box was inside large one. With no visible sign of damage to either box I was hope full the product would be fine, whoever once I took the black plastic can out it was cracked in several places and the front clear pieces was popped out due to the cracks. I really feel that the weight of the shredder motor being packaged inside the thin plastic can is causing the can to crack. So here I am heading to UPS again to return the second shredder.

It works great. The only downside I think is that it gets heated easily and cooling time is a little bit long. Other than that, it's good to have one.

I am very happy with my shredder!! It is a great deal quieter than our old one.

A piece of junk the thing is stuck on overheating with the red light on. Dirty paper stuck in blades. Bucket is all cracked up. I'm very dis please that you would sent something out broken and is fire hazard.

This product did not work on arrival. It makes a loud clunking sound and won't suck in paper. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
