Good little camera, very clear picture, works well, only one small problem, camera susceptible to movement on windy days giving false alarms! Otherwise, very happy with product.

This is a really good domestic IP camera. Build quality is excellent. All parts you need are included; wall mounting template, screws and wall plugs, Ethernet patch cable for initial setup, good user guide, even a CCTV surveillance label. Optics quality is good, 4x optical zoom is smooth and focus works well. Pan and tilt are a little clunky, but totally adequate, after all it’s a domestic camera and not intended for monitoring city centres!Basic setup with app is straight forward with no real need for any network knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting to have to set up port forwarding on my router, but nothing like that was needed. You just power up the camera, connect it to your WiFi network, Add Camera to the app and there it is! Simple.You can include this as a camera on a third party Camera Management System, I tried it with Contacam and iPims, but it’s easy to download the Ctronics CMS to your PC which works really well and gives far more flexibility than the app if you’re a tech lover.I was a bit stumped by the 2 way audio. I could talk and listen to the camera from iPad and PC, but couldn’t hear the camera on my iPhone unless I had headphones or Bluetooth connected. Ctronics support were very prompt in replying. My iPhone was in Silent Mode and surprisingly this cuts off the audio to the internal speaker when using the app.Motion is detected by changing light patterns rather than PIR so you can get false activations. Ctronics are quite open about this and give tips on reducing these. During the day it works really well, but I found you can get a lot of activations when it is raining at night due to the infrared light reflecting off the raindrops. I would suggest playing with the activation areas and sensitivity to find a happy medium.All in all I would highly recommend this camera.

Like the build quality and all metal construction and ease of attaching to wall by separate fixing attachment. However, the zooming in and out and focusing is lumpy and very difficult to get precisely where you want it. Secondly the pan and tilt memory function is unreliable in as much that its repositioning is unreliable. Would not buy again. Buy a cheaper camera and be prepared to provide supplementary pir/movement detecting lighting

This is an amazing product !!Easy to set upNight vision is amazingWorks with windows macOSLinux android and iOS it’s 1920x1080p it’s he which the quality is amazing motion sensor is so good to have also and even wireless it’s got a 4x optical zoom which is out of this world and it’s also got a two way audio this is a product I would definitely recommend the pan on it is 355 and the tilt is 120 so you can get such an amazing view quality is on point with this product it’s for an external card slot too so many great features and even better you your self can control it via your own mobile device amazing quality and the price is amazing thank you ctronics you definitely out find your self with this one !

Wow, The Best Night vision Security Camera I have bought yet, I've had three other cameras and they don't hold a patch on this One, The Night Vision has very high clarity and zoom in on my car, it's for this reason I bought the camera, my car has been damaged twice at night, now I can zoom in on my car and record if need be, overall a Great Little Camera and A Great Price, Very Pleased.

The first thing I noticed with this camera is the quality! The overall quality from the actual camera to the images it records are brilliant.The camera comes with all the accessories making it easy to install onto any device via WiFi and super quick to pop onto the side of your home! It even comes with the screws to attach it!It gives me complete peace of mind with the additional security anytime of the day or night.

There is no colour night vision as suggested in the description and the black and white vision is rubbish. In the manual it says you can select the light bulb symbol on the screen via the citronics app but the light bulb symbol is not there. So this is false advertising why on earth would you buy a camera for 129.00 just so you can have security during the day? I would not buy from this seller as it appears that the camera in the box does not match the manual. I have reported this to police.
