The device may of worked I did not test it due to the cd being cracked. I had to return the item

Vehicle: 2010 BMW E91Used the cable in conjunction with a USB “OTG” cable so I could link up to my android tablet and use the “Bimmer-Tools” app.Connected with no problems and able to diagnose faults as well as register a new battery.
