The silt and gravel subsoils allow vines to flourish amidst this rugged terrain, with the vineyard sitting at 3,000 ft above sea level. Our grapes are harvested, destemmed and sorted all by hand. Our Malbec features big, brooding, black fruit, then rich earth, truffles and dark cocoa with a thread of minerality throughout.
