It gets warm in the Dunnigan Hills in summer, but cooling breezes from the San Francisco Bay reduce evening temperatures allowing our grapes to cool down quickly at night, preserving their fresh flavors and crisp natural acidity. This Chardonnay has aromas of bourbon, butterscotch, white peach, and Asian pear. On the palate, creamy toast and peachy caramelized custard flavors are complemented by a clean, hot finish.
