Works like it should and very good power output.
I've had this radio for about a year. It has some quirks but works great and the audio decent. Signal reports say I blast in and some cases the other station has to turn down the audio volume. The output (measured) is just under 65 watts for this radio. I also have a 2.8 db gain antenna on 2m with 4.2 db gain on 70cm so I'm pushing some ERP out with this radio and antenna configuration. Although the programming could be easier in the manual mode, the supplied programming cable and software is much easier. One bit of warning on the software (they may have fixed this by now) but when you load in the software it first comes up in Chinese. Click the far right drop down menu in the upper left of the screen and choose English. Otherwise the characters in the software won't display correctly as most NA computers don't display Chinese characters. It will all just be a bunch of ????.
