i liked the book
much of the material i already knew and is old information she debunked a lot oof the stories but not all of them science is always changing as new information is collected it's sad there are so many fakes and pretenders when a truth comes, we are programmed to scorn laugh and not believe i don't get what these fakes get out of the lies no one believes. Its a decent book though I got little new out of it.

Eye Opening to the Thusly Inclined
She calls herself an open minded skeptic and thusly her accounts give me cause for consideration.

She tells it like it is.
I agree "faith" protects you. Descendants have nothing to fear from their ancestor's past if they are believers.I visited the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California in the 1980's and it's haunted. We took a tour and I could feel the spirits there. Hollywood where I grew up is haunted. Many of it's old buildings and history is Freemason. To those who oppose her book, you are on the side of Satan not God. To those interested in buying this book. If you are of any faith, you will like this book.

Interesting
Really very interesting list of events, objects and things related with the title. I enjoyed the book a lot. But despite the research and things experienced the conclusion of the author is too loose, too “maybe yes maybe not” gave me the impression that the author can not deduce well the laws that drive the phenomenom or just want to appear as very “objective” and “professional”Anyway the phenomena is real, is there for the curious mind, the observer, and the worst blind is that who does not want to see.

Scientism is a cruel Master, this opens your mind to exploration
Dr. Lynn plucks mystery from the depths of the human psyche and weaves it into living nightmares. The past is filled with the dead and what they have left behind. The puzzle of uncertainty and the unexplored sends people like Dr. Lynn to search for answers, and to correlate these episodic lapses of historical madness into readable content. Madness may have no true motivation, but with reason, it may have a goal. Evil Archeology plunges into that vortex of the trepidatious debitage to craft it back into plausible assemblage. This book will not merely shape your understanding of the past, but will bring color to the dark recesses of the imagination.

Demonic is real?
I like how Dr Lynn, gave us a brief well around interpretation Of so the call demonic from many different perspectives. She let you decide, but by her claiming she was no longer a catholic. You are left wondering what her real understanding is. This good book for someone just looking a peek, but I wish she would gone into more details in ladder of the book. I hope she write more books such as these. It is reasonable price and written very well.

Dr. Lynn Cuts to the Heart Once Again
I was very scared to read this before bed, and don't get me wrong, there are very disturbing stories in here, but the deconstruction of ancient entities and words is brilliant. She mentions that the word "demon" was derived from "daemon" which means divine spirit, and the ancient peoples didn't look at these spirits as the same way we do now. There were "demons" for childbirth and disease prevention. Only through their "demonization" do we now regard them all as bad.Even if you have a strong religious belief, this book is fascinating at disecting where these entities came from and WHY we view them the way we do.

Nothing new, and the ending /afterword sad
I am sorry to say, l was expecting, real research, detailed notations, and a new structural approach to the subject.I learnt nothing new, all the information can easily be accessed through the Internet.I thought her slant on this was ambiguous as best. The information on protecting yourself from 'thought forms' can be found in the wildly publication by Dion Fortune in the 30'sSo in conclusion :not my cup of tea, but OK for a very basic intrest
