The water is fine, it's the shipping! every time I find a water I wish to order the first order is delivered in a normal timely fashion but the second order is always delayed. This is telling me that really they don't want to ship this heavy water. This didn't just happen with this brand but all brands.If you don't care to ship it don't sell it.

I ordered 2 cases and was charged for 2 cases. I only received 1 case of water and it had busted jugs. Not a very good experience.
