Joe Rocket sub zero men's cold weather gloves
Just got these gloves and did a 170 mile ride today temps in the high desert of So Cal doing 70 mph on the 15 freeway north then alittle down the 40 for a bit temps were in low 50's. I read the reviews on everything I buy wether it's Amazon or other on line buys so thought I would pay it forward here.1. Gloves are warm, 49 degrees and above your gona be good. Like I said 70 mph on a 2016 HD 48. My finger tips got cool but not cold. All depends on your tolerance for cold if it were cooler like in the 40's I'm sure ide start getting cold. These aren't real 0 temp gloves just warmer than 50 degree gloves.2. The fit are good I got a large. As far as the liner pulling out when you remove the gloves at stops or when your done riding pull the glove from the finger tips to ease your hand out then just grab the whole glove by the finger tip ends including thumb portion, don't be an animal and just rip em off like your leather summer gloves or else your gona pull the liner out and it'll be a bitch getting them back in, use some common sense their 30 dollar gloves not 200.00 touring high dollar gloves.3. Crash ability. They are not 200.00 dollar leather cold weather gloves, your buying them on Amazon for 30 bucks don't expect the deal of the century.4. Dexterity. It's not your summer gloves they are thicker and you need to get used to them you can't get warm with out some bulk.5. Over all a good glove, I gave ithem 4 stars for the cost and what they do. They are a decent cold weather glove. You want bitchen bad ass leather cold weather gloves be prepared to spend bitchen bad ass money. These work for me.

Initially good.
I received the gloves last night and wore them this morning for my commute to work, 35 miles, 42 degrees, avg around 75mph (Dec 1, 2016). I didn't expect my hands to be toasty the whole time in that kind of cold for that long and they werent, but, I could still move my fingers when I got off the bike about 45 minutes later. 3/4 of the trip is on the highway so figure highway speeds, then little stuff. Below 50 the cold is not really noticeable. Above that speed you pretty much need electric heat or chemical heat. Not bad. I'll most likely update my review after a few rides to if the gloves are holding up well, or not.UPDATE 03/04/2019----------I have now had these gloves through 3 winters. They are still functional and still keep my hands warm. I have a Gildwing with grip heaters now so that helps a lot. I rode this morning (37 deg, 75 mph) and the wind chill at 75 is well below 0. My fingers were tingling... But what do you expect. I would buy them again . Only wish they worked with my phone.

Great gloves
Been using these this winter (2022), riding in 40 degree weather plus windchill of 70+ mph winds = 20 and 30 degrees. With little exception, these gloves keep my hands warm and if I need an extra layer, I'll put on a wool liner or even a thin latex glove underneath, and then my hands are really warm. Great gloves. Have eliminated my need to install heated grips.

Good winter glove for shorter trips
I purchased these as my summer gloves were not cutting it and needed something warmer for my daily commutes to work. These have worked great for my short trips in keeping my hands warm and dry. They fit as expected, the adjustable strap is easy to use even with the gloves on, and they are very comfortable. They do feel well made and have great grip on the fingers and palm. There are some down sides on these gloves though. For longer trips they didn't keep my fingers as warm as I would have liked but still better than using winter gloves, but you will gradually start to notice as your trip progresses. Also, these have some mobility issues which is to be expected with thicker gloves. It took me some time to adjust to using my controls with this gloves, so for safety I would suggest getting a feel for them on your bike in your driveway first so you will know what to expect.Overall they are a great value, but for longer trips I would suggest using them with a glove liner or another glove altogether that wont freeze your fingers.

We have had several different kinds of gloves and never had very good luck. My hands constantly get cold! but these have been a game changer!

I really love these gloves
I really love these gloves. This is the first pair of gloves that have fit easily over sleeves of my leather jacket. The controls are easy to manipulate with these gloves on. Easiest of all the cold weather gloves I have owned. Don't know about the waterproof since it hasn't rained here since I got them.Other reviewers have commented about the liner being a little loose but if you are careful taking them off it isn't an issue. The one complaint I have and this is why they are not receiving 5 stars. My fingers got a bit cold on my motorcycle at mid 40s F. There is plenty of room to get some liners and I plan to.Update: Just rode 40 miles to work this morning in the pouring rain...hands were dry as a bone when I got there so I can now attest to the fact that they are, indeed, water proof.Love these gloves. Still not giving them 5 stars since they claim sub-zero but definitely are not.

A must have for long distance rides during winters
A wonderful set of gloves. Have used while riding in -1 centigrade weather temperature. Still managed to keep the fingers warm and working. Bit huge and takes time getting used to handling the bike controls with these on. Recommended
