Gaiam Grippy Studio Yoga Socks for Extra Grip in Standard or Hot Yoga

Just as you would expect, these socks are comfy and provide good gripping on smooth surfaces. My only problem is that my toes are not squared off like the picture of the sock. My toes curve more, so my pinky toe doesn't even make it into the pinky toe part of the sock. Not a big deal, but when you Pilates instructor wants to you flex your toes, it looks like you aren't. I have this same problem in my Five Finger shoes.Edit: I've washed them once, and now they fit better. They shrank a little bit which makes putting the toes in a smidge tougher, but my pinky toe fits now and doesn't fall out. They look more like my feet! So I am modifying the stars from 4 to 5.

I wear them around the house so I don’t slip on the wood. They work well. Wash and dry well.

Before buying these socks, I called Amazon CS because the picture of the socks says it’s gray, yet it looks black with gray grip soles. I wanted to buy leggings that matched. I was told that these are indeed gray (so bought dark gray leggings) to match. These socks are indeed black with gray soles, & they are nice. I wish I’d ordered black leggings but it’s not worth the hassle to exchange them.

thinner, rougher fabric than toesox. am worried that i'll pull a hole. grip is fine when using and so far washes fine

Definitely buy. Especially if you have hardwood floors. I'd recommend a size smaller for Pool area's! Yeah we swim in them too. Clean inside out though 😂 😆 by hand is better

I have been using these now for several weeks and they work great. I unfortunately have very sweaty feet, so when I am practicing yoga on my mat my feet tend to slip which is not safe. These socks absorb my grossness and keep my feet right where they are supposed to be. I have size 13 feet (mens) and the large size works fine for me. The toes are a little webbed because my feet are big, but that hasn't affected me in any way. They are thin, so if you're looking for grip and warmth you won't get the warmth from these.

These are made primarily of cotton, unlike some other toe socks I've gotten for which the description incorrectly claimed they were cotton. The fabric is good, i.e., not too thin, and comes up over the ankle; the grip on the bottom is very good, so I can't slip with these on even if I'm trying to slide my foot.

It says, "Yoga Socks for Women & Men" but my big, fat toes wouldn't fit into the sock toes. They might work for small feet; I wouldn't know.
