Meh
These are a bit too small to make much of a dent in my back. There are better products out there both on Amazon and not that look like red twin mountains or like two lacrosse balls tied together

Can make the same thing with two raquetballs and sock.
Good concept and provides helpful alignment and massage, but you can make the same thing with two tennis or raquet balls and sock.

A good way to ease away strain by yourself
BakBalls is a good product for hitting those trigger points. A firm plastic with no give, it will provide plenty of pressure against your muscles. I have used it all over and it provided myofascial relief in those hard areas like the peroformis (excuse my poor spelling).
