Poor quality
I bought 5 chairs three were damaged and missing pieces. The bad thing is they are put together because we have a store opening next week so we either have to pay to send them back or keep them.

Doi 4 estrellas, porque el idraulico estaba muy duro, tuve que lubricarlo y darle mantenimiento, sin haberla usado aún... Por lo demás es bonita y resistente silla... Luce muy profesional por el precio.. La recomiendo
