This pasta is delicious and taste fresh from the box way better ingredients than most pastas that feel slimy and slippery. This actually taste like pasta that I will remember as a kid they’re drying process is part of the biggest reason why it taste so good and the texture is perfect. This is the only pasta I will be buying moving forward. Check the labels on the other pastas they’re mostly plastic.

De Cecco Orecchiette No. 91 is one of my absolute favorites, especially for soups. Like other De Cecco pastas, it’s made with high-quality durum wheat semolina and holds its shape beautifully. Even after simmering in soup, the orecchiette stay pleasantly al dente instead of turning mushy. The size is just right—not too big, not too small—and it adds great texture without overpowering the other ingredients.
