Not confident that claims warrant the high price
The case is nice in its own right, but I could have picked up other cases that I like the look and feel of for 1/4 of the price. The only reason I chose the pong case was because of its claims. The idea seems sound: extend the antenna and reception will increase while power required to emit signals will decrease (thus reducing radiation). The antenna could also be used to redirect the signal emission. But in daily use, the case has not improved the signal or the reception (which might or might not be related). I wish Apple didn't ban the fantastic Tawkon app, as that would be a certain way to test the radiation claims to see if they're founded in the wild. While laboratory tests would provide a series of numbers that are great for advertising, signals bounce off of structures that surround us and line-of-sight could also affect the usability of the case. E.G. if the antenna is focused on the rear of the phone, do you have to point the back of the phone towards a cell tower to get the reception you want? It's worth an independent scientific study - I smell a science fair project - to determine if a little gold foil that touches the built in antenna of a cell phone can actually reduce the radiation it emits and to what extent it increases signal strength. Until I see this happen, I toss their campaign of being "safer" in the same category as other marketing statements like "bigger", "better", "newer".

The opening for the charger is very small and is only designed to fit the original iphone charger (that comes in the box). My car charger didn't fit and when I purchased an additional charging cord, it was VERY tight. I had to take the case on and off frequently, which resulted in a small tear at the top of the case. I've had to purchase additional charging cords, just to avoid having to take the case off.Update: I've now had this case for 13 months and it looks terrible! It is slowly disintegrating and the edges are ripping apart. Its disappointing, but obviously not meant to last. Plan to buy a new case every year.

Nice case, needs some work on the charger opening
This is a very nice looking case. The shell is nice and smooth, and the outside of the case is rubbery, which makes it easy to grip. I haven't noticed any different in battery life, nor can I really verify whether or not its reducing my exposure to radiation, but the case on its own is still very nice. My one complaint, and the reason I docked a star, is the charger opening. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's too small to use with a non-Apple charger. I clipped the rubber pieces on either side of the port opening, and that fixed the problem. But, that also probably compromises the integrity of the case structure, making it less drop-proof. I still like the design enough, and the possibility of it reducing radiation exposure to keep using this case.

My cords don't fit
I love the case concept/science and that is why I purchased it. However, the case is designed as such that my headphone and auxillary cords to sound systems and car charger don't fit in without removing the case. It quickly became stretched and ruined by frequently, and not easily, having to remove the case or just revealing the bottom end of the phone. I quickly ruined this expensive case by doing this because the bottom stretched out, and I finally took scissors and clipped off the bottom edge. The case works for the purpose it's meant to, but sadly, I wouldn't purchase it again unless they've redesigned it.

I really want to like it but it's falling apart!
I trust the technology in the pong case and really believe that it reduces radiation, which I like. I also like that it isn't bulky. That being said, the case is not holding up well at all. I've had it for 5 months and already it's bowing and ripping apart in places. I've only taken it off twice and the second time I tried to put it back on it broke chunks out of the front edge of the case. I want to buy it again but probably won't until they change their construction and materials.

Bought in October and after a few months became stretched out around the sound buttons and I never take it off. The plastic also started degrading and would flake. Recently after taking off to clean the phone, whole pieces of it came peeling off. For a $50 case, I'd expect it to last a year.

It feels good and fits nicely in pocket
This is my second Pong case. The first one broke down - the bottom section fell apart. It protected my phone well, however. I have dropped it numerous times and no damage to phone. It feels good and fits nicely in pocket. I don't know if it is the antenna but I've never lost or dropped a call with my phone. I like this a lot but wish it had lasted longer.

Check your chargers before you purchase!
I purchased this case due to the claims and have been satisfied with it so far. One issue is the hole where the charger fits in is too small to fit the chargers I already had. I have to take the phone out of the case to be able to push the charger in far enough that it charges. As I have to charge my phone every night, it is quite a hassle. I have had to purchase a different car phone charger and may need to consider purchasing other chargers with a longer lightening. Not thrilled to be spending more money to change out chargers when I've purchased a kind of pricey case.
