Their sizing is off. My daughter wears a size 13 but I purchase a size 1. It did not fit. I reordered a size 2 and that also could not fit. I suggest that you go at least 3 sizes up or go with a different company. This company have incorrect producting sizes.

Measure your child's foot. Do not go by her normal shoe size. They were still tight, but they were for a one-time event.
