Returned Blink and got this. Every aspect is better. Just note that you need a memory card which is not included. One star off for that. The case is metal and impressively heavy.

The camera itself is fantastic, so far. Installation as a wire-free system is huge! One screw; well positioned, done. Its positioned on our second floor, outside a 3 pane window, so we cant see it from the inside, and its well protected on the outside. My son has yet to see that we have a security system installed. The associated app: CloudEdge is not very intuitive and logs you out, and it's not clear how you can change that so it's on all the time. If that could be fixed, I think we'd be very happy with the camera software combination.

Former Ring customer here, this is an even alternative as far as I'm concerned, but this one's far cheaper, so who in their right mind would go with Ring? Make sure you get a micro SD card to put in this camera to avoid using their "Cloud services." Otherwise, you'll have to pay to view videos that your camera records, very similar to Ring, except Ring doesn't allow you to have an SD card. At least with this camera, you have physical copies of everything, no losing anything (something that can happen with Ring).This camera takes a shorter amount of time to pull up a live feed from the camera when compared to Ring. Sometimes I would try to see who was at the door with Ring, and it would just buffer and buffer, never loading anything. But not with this camera! I also really like the magnetic ball that this camera comes with, I'm not worried about the camera falling off and being damaged, very secure manufacturing.The app is poorly reviewed on the App store for this camera, but I haven't had any problems. At the very least, you're getting the same (if not better) product as a $200 Ring camera for a better value, so if you're considering anything else, consider no more and get yourself an Adorbee!

my Biggest problem is that there’s no way to adjust the notification sound in the app. It’s a quick soft tone that I usually don’t hear so there’s no way to really be aware of what’s going on in the camera area until you actually check the app.If that was fixed I would find this camera much more useful.1) the sensitivity adjustment is a problem. Sometimes i can walk around under the motion detector for a while and get no notifications, but I get notifications often when there’s nothing there. -this is all on the most sensitive setting2) it sends a movement notification automatically EVERY time i open the camera in the app. It’s obnoxious.3) when the motion detector goes off, the camera takes two photos of okay resolution and begins recording the video. That is handy.The videos have deleted from the app and I’m still not sure why, so I’d recommend backing up any video you want to keep right away.4) viewing the videos can be tricky, but the app also makes recorded times easy to find. There’s a timeline on the app that shows all the times that video recordings were taken. The hard part is landing directly on the beginning of the little red mark. It usually takes me a few tries.There was an update to the app recently that changed things for the worse, so I felt I should add. Now it takes longer for the camera to turn on in the app.In my case, this camera was meant to help me catch thieves/vandals in the act but by the time my camera turns on they’re already gone.There’s still no way to make the notification any louder so I can actually hear it.

I don’t know what to make of all these positive reviews. The camera is garbage. The motion detector worked great if said motion was within 2 feet of the camera. It worked maybe 20% of the time between 2 and 15 feet. The instructions say to keep it 55 feet away from roads or other places of frequent movement so as not to receive unwanted activations or alerts. It failed to detect anything beyond 15 feet.

Camera works but not well. Motion detection is poor, it's very delayed and distance it picks up motion is not consistent. Other than that it works ok. Tech support does not write English well so you need to translate to understand that they won't let you return the cameras as long as they still work though not well. They say they are the fastest response available for wireless cameras so no refund/return. I would not buy again. Spend a little more and get a good camera.

An excellent camera, especially for the money. Video quality is good. Two way audio works very well. The battery life is amazing and it recharges very quickly.The only negatives are that it won’t work on a 5g network, and it only comes in white. That actually worked in our favor. My son bought it, couldn’t get it to work on his 5g network, and we ended up with it. Couldn’t be happier and I’m about to order #2.One suggestion: If you’re mounting it outside, do not use the sticky pad to mount it. It won’t last in outdoor conditions. Use the metal mounting bracket.

We bought this to keep an eye on our RV, and our dogs and the temp inside while we are away from it. It has a great picture, night vision, motion detection is fast too. I know cuz I get a mass amount of messages every time the dogs move around. It takes pics from one end of the RV to the front clearly. We can zoom in to the thermostat to ensure the air is working for our dogs, talk to them remotely and catch anyone in and outside of the unit. My only complaint is that you have to pay for cloud storage. The charge last a long time too. I would buy again.

Bought one of these for the back garden/French doors. Ideal if you dont want to mess around with wiring to the mains. Comes with a 3M double sided adhesive or screw to attach bracket. Camera just sits on the magnetic ball which forms the basis of the mounting bracket. The motion detector is great. Download the cloud edge app and you receive PIR notifications to your phone in video format (history) section of app or a snapshot pic in the app also. Does not record continuously only when motion detected thus charge lasts for nearly 6 months. Via the app you can view live footage should you wish. All in all a great ...neat camera. I bought a second for the front of the house.

Excellent product. Really easy and fast set up, im using the stick on magnetic ball on my front door and its really strong and sturdy. The image on the camera is great quality and i love the option that its recording and sending alert when picking up the moment. One thing i dont like is that sometimes, even if i got on alert only for people it will send alerts even when there was no person at the door it was just some sound of car on the street. But overall im very happy with the quality of the camera.

Very disappointed with this camera because it does not enable video or pictures to be uploaded to PC or to copy and email. Basically you cannot copy any evidence in the event you need to prosecute vandals or burglars.

Very easy to set up daytime picture quality ok but night vision is terrible which is the main reason I wanted it for. Was looking forward to this camera from other reviews but sadly it’s a let down and not worth money

After setting up camera I used it for 2 months, now I cannot get camera connected to my server which keeps coming up camera not found, repeated setting up camera after rebooting and following instruction but still camera was not recognised.
