What a beautiful scroll! It is in the tradition of famous ancient hand scrolls. I have unrolled mine several times to try to visualize the composition I will do. The painting surface is soft and exquisitely mounted. There is the traditional surface for a poem inscription. I am so eager to start a project on this scroll.

Another high quality item from HMay! I recently purchased several hanging wall scrolls from HMay for a project I am planning. This scroll I found intriguing. I hand never heard of a "Hand" scroll before. It does not hang up on a wall, but instead it unrolls flat on a table for viewing. I saw several completed hand scrolls when I researched them online. It was enchanting! The scrolls unrolled and the paintings extended the length of the scroll like a story board. I HAD to have one! I was not disappointed by this item! The material and paper are high quality. The brocade box is a treasure in and of itself! I can not wait to begin my painting! I will post pictures as soon as it is completed! LOVE HMay products !!

This is the best scroll. It can be a beautiful gift for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc. The scroll comes in a lovely brocade box that matches the brocade of the scroll. The box has beautiful ornate metal hinges that add a taste of elegance. The scroll itself is not a large scroll. However, just the right size to paint or create calligraphy on with ease. The painting surface paper is of excellent quality xuan. I love this scroll and can't wait to give it as a precious gift. (I might even just keep it for myself!) I will purchase more of these lovely scrolls.

I only used this a Christmas decor prop: nice or naughty list. It is beautiful. We wrote on it using a marker and it looked great.
