Got this as a thoughtful gift and I will use it a lot. I always forget what days what happens, i can keep track and bring it to my neuro plus it has beautiful thoughts in it. very beautiful book

Working splendidly. However, a little hard to follow. I’m going to make my own adjustments so I don’t get lost in the pages.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my mom who has been an MS sufferer for years. The journal was very nice and she loved it! It has helped her to mange and cope with what she deals with from day to day as well as give hope.

MS Pain Management Journal. I wanted to love this journal but I don't. I do not like the layout.I cannot figure out why the "Time of day pain tracker" with morning, afternoon and evening is only five days long! My MS doesn't give me the weekend off. While there is weekly mood and pain tracker. The pain level is up to 10 on time of day tracker. It is 17 on the weekly one. Confusing to say the least.I do not want to be using extra thinking power to use this journal.The gratitude exercises and quotes are nice.

I bought 2 of these both for friends who suffer with MS. It is a beautiful book filled with encouraging quotes, positive reminders and lots of space to record physical and emotional symptoms etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering with MS or as a gift.

I really wanted to love this book but I'm really disappointed with the quality of it it's very cheap looking and the pages have a yellow tinge to it and generally just disappointed, you can also sew the lines through the paper from the other side. really not worth the wait 😔

My daughter in law has MS and she said this is very useful some part she doesn't use but good to keep a record
