First off I do like this, where it does clean it's not bad on a wooden floor and a tiled floor. Noise level is not too loud and it didn't frighten the cat.However, it does get stuck - under cupboards, it has gone under and then can't get out, on the upstairs of the house it gets stuck at the top of the stairs and then says it's on an uneven surface and then stops (at least it didn't fall down the stairs), and more than once it got 'lost' and then just sat there not finding it's way home to the charging dock. While it will clean 'edges' it will have trouble with uneven edges (i.e. where in my kitchen the cooker stick out from the kitchen units about an inch) it will miss bits.Lastly, before you purchase it think about where it is going to be located - any cables on the floor (speakers, power leads, etc.) and it will try and consume these the same as a 'normal' vacuum cleaner would, the instructions say that it requires a meter clear either side and two meters clear in front, and with the height of the dock, thus the chances of locating the whole thing out of sight under a cupboard are slim.Update - Twice now it has actually fallen all the way down the stairs, and it the process "lost its voice", it now will not say anything if it get's stuck or starts cleaning etc.

Keeps bumping into things

I bought this vacuum about a month ago to clean wood and slate flooring with rugs.Apart from occasionally getting stuck on the curled up corners of my very old rugs I find the vacuum cleans really well - is simple enough for my teenagers to use - is low profile so cleans under all my furniture.I’ve not used the remote control - I just charge it up and press the ‘ON’ button.

Absolute rubbish! Doesn’t work! Extremely disappointed!!

Been having this robot cleaner for a few days. I’m a housewife who has two children. While I’m cooking or doing other things,I can just turn on my robot cleaner. It save me a lot of time. It works well,doing good job and have no complain so far. Recommend for wood floor.

Cleans everything eventually, and fascinating to watch at first. Very good with pet hairs, as long as you clean its small reservoir regularly. The envy of all my friends and family, and several have determined to buy one Val

How did I ever do without this little gadget absolutely brilliant, easy set up, does exactly what it said it would do, for a busy household it’s a must thinking of getting a second one

Great for removing dog hair from hard floors. Works brilliantly. I’m not sure what it’s like in carpet but certainly great for hard floor. I wouldn’t be without it now !
