love it’s versatility. i’m trained and this is one of my favorite pieces of equipment after free weights.i’d absolutely recommend it

I wish the bands had an easy way to make them shorter... I have them on the closest spot and they're still too long for some exercises to be totally effective.I'm also really disappointed that the "workout guide" is on the sides of the box. I would really like to recycle that and thought the guide would come as a poster format I could store in the carrying case.I'll still use it despite these things and it is incredibly easy to figure out and store in my living room without taking up space.

The media could not be loaded.  Impressive!I just purchased this item to allow myself to work out during bad weather days at home.I first thought of building something like this myself using materials from home depot, but it became apparent that I really would not be saving much money in the end.Product quality is excellent. At first, it felt rather weird because I'm used to traditional weight training equipment. Once I got the hang of it, I was definitely able to perform more intense workouts.What I also like is the option to use the BandBoard as my own portable gym it came with a great carry bag that I can also fit a change of clothes and a bottle of water I did not realize the bag was in the box I was very happy.I will start with the level 2 bands. The bands included in the box and also plan to buy the stronger bands they sell as I increase my strength. I’d recommend this to people who are looking to have light/moderate exercise in their house, especially for those who don’t have space for larger training equipment such as boxflex and other heavy weights.My goal is to lose 25 lbs. and after the first work out with the BandBoard I know this product will do it for me.Very pleased with fast delivery, and great value worth the money.

Cool idea, lots of exercises possible, but the price seems exorbitant for what's included. I think a good set of regular exercise bands would be a better investment. I'm getting my money's worth by putting it under my exercise bike and doing arm exercises while I ride.

As a doctor in an orthopedic rehabilitation clinic, I've tried just about every form of exercise equipment on the market. Needless to say, most don't live up to their lofty claims, and end up as place to hang clothes.BandBoard is different! For one, it is small... it hardly takes up any room, and easily slides under a bed or couch when not in use. Secondly, it offers a vast array of exercises, and replaces lots of other pieces of equipment.I purchased this one for personal use, but plan to buy one for each of my offices. I'm amazed, that after years of watching the latest piece of fad exercise equipment come and go, someone finally got it right!BandBoard works as advertised, takes up virtually no space and, most importantly, won't end up as another clothes hanger!

There’s hardly any resistance on the one band provided so you’d have to do 100 reps of exercises to make it worth it and that would take all day. I think extra bands with different resistance levels would be ideal.

BandBoard turned out to be an awesome home workout option for our entire family. We are a family of four and each of us are seeking different results from our personal fitness training. Whether you want to bulk up, strengthen, or simply work on muscle definition, Bandboard seems to work for all of us! The option of purchasing additional bands to meet everyones personal goals makes this product very unique. It is easy to use, takes up no space and it can be used anywhere you'd like which is really awesome. I use it outside and I also recently took it on vacation. I'm hooked! I can already see changes in my muscle tone. It is worth the investment and easy to get the entire family on board to try it!

I purchased this product from Amazon for around $100 and then purchased two additional higher resistance bands. It is extremely easy to use and offers a wide variety of exercises. I actually feel more fatigued from this workout than working out at my gym. During the Coronavirus isolation, this has been a godsend to keep me in my normal routine of 5-6 workouts per week. Biggest problem with this item is that I recommended it to friends, and it is now out of stock at Amazon.
